    I had to sell my brother's home due to his passing. I live out of state and needed someone I could trust and that could help me with the entire process. I was lucky enough to receive Krista Klause's number and gave her a call. Krista was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation. She helped in every facet. She provided assistance with the house setup, cleaning, and even staging of the house. We went through the comps and decided on a price and the house was only on the market for about two weeks.     Best realtor of Helotes/San Antonio. Krista was a realtor I stumbled across and am so glad I did. We were moving to Texas from out of state, we had our eye on a few homes & no luck on how to tour them. With a window of opportunity I flew in just to see if I could tour apartments, which wasn’t our first choice. On a Sunday I didn’t expect anyone to be working nor respond. Krista did! Not only did she respond, she reached out to several of the homes immediately and I was able to view them with her. Krista kept up with me & my family through the entire process. We got the home that was our first choice because she helped pursue in resources I didn’t have. Within a week of moving across states, Krista stopped by to make sure everything went smooth, with a flyer full of local festivities happening! So thankful for her, she went above & beyond. She’s someone I can’t wait to invite over for dinner. It makes all the difference to love where you live, and Krista listened and made it all happen.
